Activities Conducted

Skill Development Program (SDP) on Embedded Systems and IoT through Wokwi Simulator

Conducted at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology on 27–28 January 2026.

Program Outcomes
  • Participants gained a strong understanding of embedded systems concepts, microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and IoT fundamentals through interactive learning sessions.
  • Students acquired hands-on experience in designing, simulating, and testing embedded and IoT applications using the Wokwi Simulator platform.
  • The program enhanced problem-solving and debugging skills by enabling learners to develop and validate real-world IoT projects in a virtual environment.
  • Participants improved their industry readiness by gaining practical exposure to modern embedded system design workflows and IoT application development techniques.
  • Four-Week Internship on Embedded Systems and IoT - Hands-on training with practical exercises and mini-project development

  • Interns developed practical skills in embedded system design, interfacing sensors and actuators, and implementing IoT-based solutions through hands-on laboratory sessions.
  • Participants gained proficiency in microcontroller programming, communication protocols, and real-time data acquisition for smart applications.
  • The internship enhanced problem-solving, debugging, and system integration capabilities through structured practical exercises and guided learning activities.
  • Students successfully designed and implemented mini-projects, strengthening their technical competence, project development experience, and industry readiness.
  • Four-Week Internship on FPGA-Based Digital System Design - Hands-on training with practical exercises and mini-project development.

    Conducted at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology during March-April, 2026.

    Program Outcomes
  • Interns gained hands-on experience in digital system design using FPGA platforms, including combinational and sequential circuit implementation.
  • Participants developed proficiency in Hardware Description Languages (HDLs) such as Verilog/VHDL for designing, simulating, and testing digital systems.
  • The internship enhanced skills in FPGA-based system development, debugging, timing analysis, and hardware verification through practical exercises.
  • Students successfully completed mini-projects on FPGA platforms, strengthening their understanding of hardware design workflows and improving their readiness for VLSI, embedded systems, and digital design careers.
  • Technovator Summer Camp on Robotics

    Conducted at Kranthi High School, Siddipet.

    Program Outcomes
  • Students developed a foundational understanding of robotics concepts, including sensors, motors, controllers, and basic robot operation.
  • Participants enhanced their creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities through hands-on robotics activities and challenges.
  • The camp fostered teamwork, communication, and collaborative learning as students worked together to design and build robotic projects.
  • Students gained confidence in applying STEM concepts to real-world applications, inspiring greater interest in science, technology, engineering, and innovation.
